Pork-u-pine stew

1 lb ground beef
1 cup rice
Mix together and make meat balls, fry in a little bit of oil. (do not make meat balls to big)

1 14.4 oz can of tomato sauce
4-6 carrots cut up
4-5 potatoes cut up
Put everything in a pot and add just enough water to cover the veggies. Cover with a lid and cook until veggies are done (about 30 min).

Add salt and pepper to taste!
Serve with some homemade rolls (recipe here)!
